Mother Medusa collects the following data:

You directly provide Mother Medusa with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
Mother Medusa collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
If you agree, Mother Medusa will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.
- Canada Post: Receives your shipping information for the purposes of order dispatch.
- Formidable: Provides our Contact form template and collects the information you enter so that it may be forwarded to us.
- WooCommerce: Safely stores your checkout information to calculate shipping rates/times and to pass onto the Stripe payment processor if chosen at checkout.
- MailPoet: Uses WooCommerce to collect your email address when you opt for our newsletter updates so that we may organize a contact list. They may use information about your purchase history to help us curate personalized marketing messages.
- MonsterInsights: Connects mothermedusa.ie to Google Analytics which collects data on our website’s traffic, audience, and performance.Â
- Stripe: This is a third-party payment processor separate from Mother Medusa, operating by its own Privacy Policy. Stripe collects your billing and shipping information. If you choose to save your payment method to your account with us, an entry will be made to the WooCommerce payment method tokens table. That contains a reference to your saved payment method in Stripe.
- PayPal: This is a third-party payment processor separate from Mother Medusa, operating by its own Privacy Policy.
When Mother Medusa processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?

The only personal information Mother Medusa has access to is what is entered under your account. If requested, we will delete your saved account from our website and, if applicable, remove you from our mailing list.
Marketing
