We ship to Europe, the UK, Canada, and the United States. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Belarus at this time due to suspended postal services.

Orders totaling more than €100 EUR before VAT/GST qualify for free standard shipping. 

Our flat rate standard shipping costs depend on the order destination as follows:

Republic of Ireland = €5 

Europe and the UK = €10

Canada, and the United States = €15

Shipping times and estimates are based on your destination country and will be displayed at checkout. While we do our best to provide the most accurate estimated delivery times available, there are a few reasons in which delays could occur. These reasons include peak seasons (i.e. Christmas), bad weather conditions, and customs inspections. Please note there will be 1-2 business days processing before your order is dispatched. Our standard shipping rates do not coming with tracking.

EU/UK countries: 2-3 business days

Non-EU European countries: 3-7 business days

We accept returns and exchanges on rings, necklaces, bracelets, clothing, accessories, and miscellaneous homewares.

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns and exchanges on piercing jewelry (clickers, earrings) and stretched ear wear (tunnels, plugs, weights, hangers)

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@mothermedusa.ie so we can make this right. Please include your order ID, with photo/video for our assessment of your product complaints. We will then send you an item replacement at no cost to you if it remains in stock. If it is no longer in stock you will be given the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or given a store credit.

If you wish to exchange to a different size/colour/item, you will have 15 days from its delivery date to contact us for exchange approval. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on rings, necklaces, bracelets, clothing, accessories, and miscellaneous homewares, excluding sale items.

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns and exchanges on piercing jewelry (clickers, earrings) and stretched ear wear (tunnels, plugs, weights, hangers).

The products must be returned to us must be unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us as well as having replacement items sent. Exchange items are subject to stock availability. If the item you wished to exchange for is out of stock you will be offered the choice of a full refund (excluding return shipping) to your original payment method or a store credit.

Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, easy to clean, and resistant to corrosion. It is a very tough, heavy, and durable material with high impact resistance. It can withstand daily wear without sustaining scratches or tarnishing. To keep clean simply wash with soap and warm water. You can use a soft-bristled toothbrush to get into any engraved spots.

925 Sterling Silver: Although silver may tarnish naturally over time you can follow these steps to keep it ageless.

  1. Regularly wipe silver with a jewelry polishing cloth.
  2. Store it in a cool and dry place, preferably in a sealed bag.
  3. Remove silver jewelry prior to showering, bathing, or swimming.
  4. Do not use liquid cleaner as it may cause permanent damage

Copper: Copper can be sensitive to external elements over time which may cause green staining of the skin. This is completely normal and harmless and is easily washed off with soap and water. With the following care copper can remain shiny and bright:

  1. Take copper off before showering or swimming.
  2. Do not wear during chemical exposure of any kind.
  3. Clean with lukewarm soap and water with a soft bristled toothbrush regularly
  4. When tarnished, if the piece DOES NOT include a set stone, soak copper in lemon juice or vinegar for 20 minutes.
  5. Make sure copper is completely dry before storing as it can tarnish when exposed to air and moisture.
  6. Seal in an airtight bag (Ziplock) and store in a cool, dry place.  Wrapping in anti-tarnish paper before storage would help also.
